The EV-DBW Volvo Edition has been designed for the latest drive-by-wire steering systems and connects directly to Raymarines SeaTalk ng bus. Connects to Volvo IPS using an ECI-100 interface. The Evolution autopilot systems perceive their environment and instantly calculate and evolve steering commands to maximize performance.
EV2 Sensor Core: EV-2 has been designed for the latest drive-by-wire steering systems and connects directly to Raymarine’s SeaTalkng bus. EV-2 also has a dedicated CAN Bus port for direct connection to steer-by-wire steering systems – such as ZF Pod Drives, Yamaha Helm Master, Volvo IPS and SeaStar Solutions Optimus systems. A single CAN Bus connection to the EV-2 eliminates the need for an Autopilot Control Unit (ACU) further simplifying installation.
P70Rs autopilot control head: The Raymarine p70Rs autopilot control head, with its combination of push-buttons and rotary control dial, is aimed at powered craft. Advanced LED backlighting offers low power consumption and delivers vibrant colour and contrast. Wide horizontal and vertical viewing angles ensure the display can be seen clearly from acute positions. The P70Rs control head also features the LightHouse user interface and a start up wizard to help you configure the pilot quickly and easily.
